Our 3 mL Sterile Cartridges are designed for precision, reliability, and compatibility with many reusable injection pen systems. Each cartridge is individually packaged to help maintain cleanliness and product integrity until you’re ready to use it.

Unlike traditional sterilization methods, these cartridges undergo a validated low-temperature ozone sterilization process. This advanced process effectively sterilizes the cartridges while avoiding the high temperatures associated with steam sterilization, helping preserve the integrity of the materials.

Ozone Sterilization Indicator

You may notice that the sterilization indicator on the package remains unchanged after processing. This is normal and expected.

Many package indicators are specifically designed to respond to steam (autoclave) or ethylene oxide (EtO) sterilization and do not change color during ozone sterilization. Since these cartridges are sterilized using a validated low-temperature ozone process, an unchanged indicator does not indicate a lack of sterility.
