This go round I only bought some accessories but I have purchased many pens, cartridges, tips, etc from them in the past. I had a problem with an order that never arrived (shipping software cut off my unit number), he did his due diligence and requested that I see if I could get the post office to release the package but they wouldn’t and said the package had to be marked by the person who received as return to sender then it could go back and get reshipped to me. It was a vacant unit! So he sent a brand new shipment and didn’t hesitate at all. In short the service doesn’t end the moment the sale is over with, for that I will buy here as long as they are in business to do so.
